Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt (or plant-based alternative)
- 1/4 cup Low-sugar granola or rolled oats
- 1/2 cup Fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries)
- 1 tablespoon Chia seeds or ground flaxseeds
- 1 teaspoon Honey or maple syrup for drizzling
- A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Gather your bowl or a portable mason jar. Quickly rinse your fresh berries under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. If you are using larger fruits like strawberries, give them a quick rough chop to make them bite-sized.
- Spoon the Greek yogurt into your bowl. Spread it evenly to create a flat surface. Sprinkle the chia seeds and cinnamon directly onto the yogurt and give it a quick stir. This ensures the seeds start to hydrate slightly and the flavor is distributed throughout the base.
- Top the yogurt mixture with your fresh berries and the granola. The granola adds a necessary crunch that contrasts with the creamy yogurt. Finish the dish with a quick drizzle of honey or maple syrup. If you are heading out the door, screw a lid onto your mason jar and grab a spoon!
- Cook Time: 5 minutes
