Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb Sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 lb Chicken wings (flats and drumettes)
- 2 tablespoons Avocado oil or Olive oil spray
- 1 tablespoon Smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Sea salt
- Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish
- Optional: Your favorite dipping sauce (Buffalo, BBQ, or Garlic Aioli)
Instructions
- Preparation: Start by patting your beef cubes and chicken wings completely dry with paper towels. Removing excess moisture is the secret to getting that “Golden Perfect” crispy skin. In a large mixing bowl, toss the meat with the avocado oil and the spice blend (paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper). Ensure every piece is evenly coated for maximum flavor in every bite. Let the meat sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes while you preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cooking: Place the seasoned beef and wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Do not overcrowd the basket; air needs to circulate freely to create that crispy texture. If you have a smaller air fryer, work in batches. Set the timer for 15-20 minutes. At the halfway mark, remove the basket and give it a good shake or use tongs to flip the pieces. Continue cooking until the beef reaches your desired doneness and the wings are golden brown and register an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Plating: Carefully remove the crispy beef and wings from the air fryer and let them rest for 3 to 5 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute, ensuring the meat stays tender. Transfer to a large serving platter and garnish with fresh chopped parsley. Serve immediately with your favorite healthy dipping sauces. For a complete dinner, pair these with a side of air-fried broccoli or a crisp green salad.
- Cook Time: 35 minutes
