Ingredients
Scale
- 4 thick-cut boneless pork chops
- 1 lb chicken wings (flats and drumettes)
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs (for the pork)
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
- 2 large apples, sliced (for the dessert portion)
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar
Instructions
- Pat the pork chops and chicken wings dry with paper towels to ensure maximum crispiness. In a shallow bowl, mix the Panko breadcrumbs with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Press each pork chop firmly into the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated. Lightly season the chicken wings with salt and a spray of olive oil.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the pork chops in the basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap. Spray the tops lightly with olive oil. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F. Remove the pork and set aside. Place the wings in the basket and cook for 18-20 minutes at 400°F, shaking the basket every 5 minutes until they are golden and crispy.
- While the meat rests, toss your sliced apples in cinnamon sugar and air fry at 350°F for 5 minutes for a quick dessert. Arrange the crispy pork chops and golden wings on a large platter. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces and the warm cinnamon apples on the side for a complete, delicious meal.
