Air Fryer Healthy Recipes Pork Easy Fast Crispy Dinners Snacks Wings Desserts Golden

  • Total Time: 22 minutes
  • Diet: Gluten-Free, Low-Carb, Keto

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Pork Tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs (use gluten-free if preferred)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • Optional: Honey or maple syrup for a golden dessert glaze

Instructions

  1. Start by patting the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels. This step is crucial for achieving that crispy, golden exterior. Cut the pork into uniform 1-inch cubes to ensure even cooking. In a large mixing bowl, toss the pork cubes with olive oil until lightly coated. In a separate shallow bowl, combine the Panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Dredge each piece of pork in the seasoned breadcrumb mixture, pressing firmly so the coating sticks.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes. Arrange the seasoned pork bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd the basket; cook in batches if necessary to allow for proper airflow. Air fry the pork for 10 to 12 minutes. Halfway through the cooking time, shake the basket or use tongs to flip the pieces. This ensures every side turns perfectly golden and crispy.
  3. Check the internal temperature of the pork with a meat thermometer to ensure it has reached 145°F (63°C). Once done, remove the pork from the air fryer and let it rest for 3 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute, keeping the meat tender. Serve immediately as a dinner main with roasted vegetables, or pile them high on a platter with dipping sauces for a fast snack or “pork wing” style appetizer.
