Dump And Bake French Toast Casserole 3 Ingredient No Fail

Dump And Bake French Toast Casserole 3 Ingredient No Fail

  • Total Time: 40 minutes
  • Diet: Vegetarian

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 loaf (approx. 14-16 oz) Cinnamon Swirl Bread, cubed into 1-inch pieces
  • 8 large Eggs
  • 2 cups French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer (This provides the dairy, sweetness, and flavor all in one!)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Generously grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter or non-stick cooking spray to ensure nothing sticks to the sides. Cut your cinnamon swirl bread into uniform one-inch cubes and spread them evenly across the bottom of the prepared dish. If the bread is slightly stale, that is even better as it will absorb the custard more effectively.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the eight eggs and the two cups of French vanilla coffee creamer until the mixture is smooth and the eggs are fully incorporated. Pour this liquid mixture directly over the bread cubes in the baking dish. Use a spatula to gently press down on the bread to ensure every piece is submerged or coated. Place the dish in the center rack of the oven and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
  3. Remove the casserole from the oven and let it rest for about 5 minutes; this allows the custard to firm up slightly for easier slicing. Scoop generous portions onto plates. You can serve it exactly as is, thanks to the sweetness of the creamer, or top it with a dusting of powdered sugar, a drizzle of maple syrup, or a handful of fresh berries for an extra special touch.
