Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup Low-fat or Full-fat Cottage Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder (or 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder)
- 1–2 tablespoons Liquid Sweetener (such as maple syrup, honey, or a sugar-free alternative like monk fruit)
Instructions
- Gather your three ingredients and a high-speed blender or food processor. If you are using a single-serve blender cup, this works best for achieving a perfectly smooth consistency. Ensure your cottage cheese is cold directly from the fridge for the best immediate texture.
- Place the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, and your choice of sweetener into the blender. Pulse a few times to break up the curds, then blend on high for 30 to 60 seconds. Stop and scrape down the sides if necessary. Continue blending until the mixture is completely smooth and looks like melted chocolate or thick pudding.
- Pour the pudding into a small bowl or a glass jar. You can eat it immediately, but for the best experience, let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. This allows the pudding to set and the flavors to deepen. Top with a few berries or a sprinkle of sea salt before serving.
- Cook Time: 5 minutes
