Keto Breakfast Cheese Low Carb Under 20g Easy Delicious Amazing Fat Bombs Meal Prep

  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Diet: Keto, Low-Carb

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz Full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded
  • 1/2 cup Bacon bits, cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 2 tbsp Fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup Everything Bagel seasoning (for coating)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by placing your softened cream cheese in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Use a spatula or a hand mixer to whip the cream cheese until it is completely smooth and free of lumps. This ensures that every bite has a consistent, creamy texture. Add the garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix again until the seasonings are evenly distributed throughout the cream cheese base.
  2. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon bits, and chopped fresh chives. Use a folding motion to ensure the ingredients are evenly dispersed without overworking the cream cheese. The mixture should be thick and slightly chunky from the bacon and cheddar. If the mixture feels too soft to handle, pop it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to firm up.
  3. Use a small cookie scoop or a tablespoon to portion out 12 equal-sized balls. Roll each portion between your palms to create a smooth sphere. Place the Everything Bagel seasoning in a shallow bowl. Roll each cheese ball in the seasoning until it is fully coated. This adds a delightful crunch and a punch of toasted garlic and onion flavor to the exterior.
  4. Place the finished fat bombs on a parchment-lined tray. Put them in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow them to set and the flavors to meld. Once firm, transfer them to an airtight container. They are now ready for your morning commute or a quick snack during the day.
