Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (or Coconut Milk)
- 1/2 Medium Avocado (pitted and peeled)
- 1 cup Fresh Baby Spinach
- 1 scoop Vanilla Keto Protein Powder (low carb)
- 1 tablespoon MCT Oil or melted Coconut Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1/2 cup Ice Cubes
- Optional: 1-2 drops Liquid Stevia or Erythritol for extra sweetness
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients and ensure your blender is clean and ready. Measure out the almond milk, protein powder, and healthy fats. Scoop the avocado out of its skin. If you are using this for meal prep, you can pre-portion the dry ingredients and the avocado into silicone bags the night before.
- Place the liquid ingredients into the blender first to help the blades move easily. Add the spinach, avocado, protein powder, chia seeds, and vanilla extract. Top it off with the ice cubes. Secure the lid tightly and blend on high speed for 45 to 60 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and the spinach is pulverized.
- Pour the thick, creamy smoothie into a tall chilled glass. If you find the consistency too thick, add a splash more almond milk and pulse. Top with a few extra chia seeds or a sprinkle of cinnamon for an aesthetic finish. Serve immediately while ice cold.
- Cook Time: 5 minutes
