Protein Breakfast Bowls Strawberry Meal Prep Easy Beautiful Delicious Ready Minutes Overnight Oats

  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Diet: Gluten-Free

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (GF if needed)
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Whey or Plant-Based Protein Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 cup Non-fat Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup or Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups Fresh Strawberries, sliced
  • Optional: Sliced almonds or hemp hearts for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, protein powder, and chia seeds. Whisk them together until the protein powder is evenly distributed. Add the almond milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir vigorously until the mixture is smooth and no clumps of protein powder remain.
  2. Line up four glass jars or meal prep containers. Place a handful of sliced strawberries at the bottom of each container. Pour the oat mixture over the strawberries, dividing it equally among the four jars. Tap the jars gently on the counter to remove air bubbles and ensure the oats settle evenly.
  3. Seal the containers with airtight lids and place them in the refrigerator. Let them soak for at least 4 hours, though overnight is best for the creamiest texture. Right before serving, add the remaining fresh strawberry slices and any optional toppings like almonds or extra seeds for a delicious crunch.
