Sheet Pan French Toast Bake Dump And Bake 3 Ingredient

Sheet Pan French Toast Bake Dump And Bake 3 Ingredient

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Diet: Vegetarian, Gluten-Free (Option)

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 loaf (approx. 14-16 oz) Thick-cut Brioche or Texas Toast
  • 8 large Eggs
  • 2 cups Cinnamon Vanilla or French Vanilla Coffee Creamer (the “secret” all-in-one ingredient)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Generously grease a large, rimmed baking sheet with butter or non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking and help the bread crisp up. Arrange the slices of bread in a single layer on the sheet pan. It is okay if they fit tightly together, as they will soak up the liquid and settle during the baking process.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the 8 eggs and the 2 cups of flavored coffee creamer until the mixture is smooth and well-combined. Slowly pour the custard mixture over the bread slices, ensuring every piece is evenly coated. Let it sit for 2 to 3 minutes so the bread absorbs the liquid. Place the pan in the center rack of the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the custard is set.
  3. Remove the pan from the oven and let it rest for 2 minutes. Use a spatula to lift the slices onto plates. Serve immediately while hot. You can top the French toast with fresh berries, a dusting of powdered sugar, or a drizzle of maple syrup for extra sweetness. The bottom of the bread should be slightly caramelized and the edges delightfully crisp.
