Ingredients

1 pound beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes

1/3 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 inch ginger, grated

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces

1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces

1 medium red onion, cut into wedges

Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper. Add the beef cubes and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

Prepare the Vegetables: While the beef is marinating, cut the vegetables into 1-inch pieces.

Soak the Skewers (if using wooden): If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.

Assemble the Skewers: Thread the marinated beef, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and onion onto the skewers, alternating the ingredients for a colorful presentation.

Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Grill the Skewers: Place the skewers on the hot grill. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning them every 2-3 minutes to ensure even cooking. The beef should reach an internal temperature of 145°F for medium-rare.

Glaze and Finish: During the last few minutes of grilling, brush the skewers with any leftover marinade to add an extra glaze.

Serve: Remove from the grill and allow them to rest for a few minutes. Serve the skewers hot off the grill with a sprinkle of sesame seeds or fresh cilantro for garnish.

                  Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 1 hour 30 minutes | Servings: 4
