Ingredients

4 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 cup cold water

Instructions

In a blender, combine the sliced peaches, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and cold water. Blend until smooth.

Taste the mixture; if you prefer it sweeter, add a little more sugar and blend again until dissolved.

Pour the peach puree into a shallow dish and spread it evenly.

Place the dish in the freezer for about 1 hour, until the edges start to freeze.

Remove from the freezer and use a fork to scrape and mix the sorbet. Return it to the freezer for another 2-3 hours, scraping every 30 minutes until it reaches your desired texture.

Once the sorbet is fluffy and frozen, spoon it into bowls and enjoy!
