1 cup beef broth

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 cup sour cream (added after cooking)

Cooked egg noodles for serving

2 lbs pork shoulder or pork butt

1 cup pineapple juice

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 onion, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup dry lentils (any color)

1 large carrot, diced

1 celery stalk, diced

1 onion, chopped

1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes

4 cups vegetable broth

2 tsp Italian seasoning

1 tsp garlic powder

1 lb smoked sausage or kielbasa, sliced

4 medium potatoes, diced

3 carrots, sliced

1 onion, chopped

4 cups chicken broth

2 lbs chicken thighs or drumsticks

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

1/4 cup maple syrup

2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
 

In a freezer bag, combine the chicken breasts, sliced bell peppers, sliced onion, fajita seasoning, drained diced tomatoes, olive oil, lime juice, and season with salt and pepper.

    Seal the bag tightly, removing excess air, and label it with the date and cooking instructions.

      When ready to cook, defrost the bag overnight in the refrigerator.

        Dump the contents of the bag into the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.

          Shred the chicken using two forks in the last 30 minutes of cooking and stir to combine.

            Serve with tortillas, avocado, and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro.
