Ingredients

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and diced

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp all-purpose flour (to thicken)

1–2 tbsp caramel sauce (optional, for drizzle)

Cooking spray or olive oil spray

Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and flour. Stir until well coated.

Open the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Place 1-2 tablespoons of the apple mixture at the wide end of each triangle.

Roll the dough around the apple filling, starting from the wide end towards the point, and pinch the edges to seal. Make sure there are no openings.

Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray, then place the apple pie bombs in the basket, making sure they are evenly spaced.

Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up. Check halfway through and adjust the placement if necessary.

Once done, carefully remove them from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes.

Drizzle caramel sauce on top if desired and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
