  • 1 head cauliflower cut into bite-sized florets
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour for coating
  • 0.5 cup water to create batter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder for flavor
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder for flavor
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 0.5 cup buffalo sauce for coating
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil to drizzle over bites

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  • Gradually whisk in the water until you have a smooth batter.
  • Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated.
  • Place the coated florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded.
  • Air fry for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  • After the cooking time, remove the bites and toss them in buffalo sauce, then return them to the air fryer for an additional 5 minutes.

Notes

Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes to regain crispiness.
