2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 cups broccoli florets

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

½ teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon black pepper

Salt, to taste

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken pieces, olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes.

    Prep the Broccoli: While the chicken is marinating, wash and cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets.

      Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes.

        Air Fry the Chicken: Place the marinated chicken pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.

          Add Broccoli: Once the chicken is nearly cooked, add the broccoli florets to the air fryer basket with the chicken. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the broccoli is tender and slightly crispy, and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

            Finish and Serve: If desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken and broccoli and let it cook for another minute to melt the cheese. Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley.
