Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados avocados halved and pitted
  • 1 medium tomato diced
  • 0.5 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 0.5 teaspoon cumin ground
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • While the air fryer is preheating, scoop out the flesh of the avocados into a mixing bowl.
  • Add the diced tomato, chopped red onion, minced garlic, lime juice, cumin, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
  • Using a fork, mash the avocados and mix all ingredients together until well combined but still chunky.
  • Transfer the guacamole mixture into a small, air fryer-safe dish.
  • Air fry the guacamole for about 10-15 minutes, checking occasionally, until the top is slightly golden and bubbly.

Notes

Serve immediately with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. To prevent browning, press plastic wrap directly onto the surface of the guacamole before sealing the container.
