Ingredients

2 medium salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon cumin

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

8 small corn or flour tortillas

1 cup shredded red cabbage

1 avocado, sliced

1/2 cup cilantro, chopped

1 lime, cut into wedges

1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt (optional)

1 tablespoon hot sauce (optional)

Instructions

Marinate the Salmon: In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Coat the salmon fillets in the spice mixture and let marinate for about 15 minutes.

Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

Air Fry the Salmon: Place the marinated salmon fillets into the air fryer basket, skin-side down. Cook for 8-10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Prepare the Tortillas: While the salmon is cooking, warm the tortillas. You can do this in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side or wrap them in foil and place them in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes until warm.

Assemble the Tacos: Once the salmon is cooked, flake it gently with a fork. Place a portion of flaked salmon in each tortilla.

Top the Tacos: Add shredded red cabbage, avocado slices, and chopped cilantro on top of the salmon. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the top for brightness.

Serve: If desired, add a dollop of sour cream or Greek yogurt and drizzle with hot sauce for extra flavor. Serve immediately with extra lime wedges on the side.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 4 tacos (2 servings)
