Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup sour cream for creaminess
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise adds richness
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese for melting
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese for flavor
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder for seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  • Add the thawed spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the mixture.
  • Stir all the ingredients together until fully combined and the mixture is creamy.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Transfer the dip mixture into a suitable air fryer-safe dish or a small baking pan.
  • Air fry the dip at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

Notes

Serve with tortilla chips, pita bread, or fresh vegetables. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer or microwave before serving.
