Ingredients
  

  • 1 package puff pastry thawed
  • 2 cups fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 0.5 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, crumbled feta cheese, softened cream cheese, minced garlic, dried oregano, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to smooth out any creases.
  • Spread the spinach and cheese mixture evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Starting from one edge, carefully roll the puff pastry into a tight log. Slice the log into pinwheels about 1 inch thick.
  • Place the pinwheels in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Brush the tops with the beaten egg for a golden finish.

Notes

Serve warm as an appetizer or snack. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the air fryer for best results.
