Ingredients

1/4 cup soy sauce (low-sodium preferred)

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger

1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce (adjust to taste)

2 tablespoons peanut butter (optional for creaminess)

1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

1 tablespoon chopped green onions

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a medium-sized bowl, combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Whisk together until well mixed.

Add the honey (or agave syrup) and continue whisking until it is fully incorporated.

Stir in the minced garlic, grated ginger, and chili garlic sauce. Mix until combined.

If using, add the peanut butter for a creamier texture and whisk until smooth.

Finally, fold in the toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Taste the dressing and adjust sweetness or spiciness as desired. For additional flavors, let the dressing sit for at least 15 minutes at room temperature.
