Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup cooked macaroni pasta

1 cup cheese sauce (store-bought or homemade)

6 slices crispy bacon, chopped

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup diced tomatoes

¼ cup chopped green onions

4 large flour tortillas or wraps

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

Optional: hot sauce for serving

Instructions

Prepare the Beef:

    - In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess grease if necessary.

      Combine Mac and Cheese:

        - In a large bowl, mix the cooked macaroni with the cheese sauce until well combined. Add the crispy bacon, diced tomatoes, and chopped green onions. Stir until the mixture is evenly coated.

          Assemble the Wrap:

            - Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place a generous amount of the beef on one side, followed by the mac and cheese mix. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.

              Wrap It Up:

                - Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom up. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

                  Toast the Wraps:

                    - In the same skillet used for the beef, place the wraps seam-side down. Cook over medium heat until they are golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. You can press them down with a spatula for a nice crisp.

                      Serve:

                        - Slice the wraps in half, serve warm, and drizzle with hot sauce if desired. Enjoy your flavor-packed delights!
