Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

1 cup Boursin cheese (garlic & herb flavor)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried thyme

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Prepare the Topping: In a medium bowl, combine the Boursin cheese, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, garlic powder, dried thyme, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.

Prep the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down. Season the salmon with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Spread the Mixture: Generously spread the Boursin cheese mixture over the top of each salmon fillet, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Bake the Salmon: Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-18 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. The Boursin topping should be slightly golden.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh chopped parsley. Serve with lemon wedges on the side for an added zesty kick.
