4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crunch)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the Chicken: Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or a little olive oil. Place the chicken breasts in the dish and season them with salt and pepper.

      Make the Ranch Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise and ranch seasoning mix, stirring until well combined.

        Coat the Chicken: Spread the ranch mixture evenly over each chicken breast, ensuring they are well coated.
