Ingredients

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/4 cup sugar

1 1/2 cups cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

2 ripe bananas, sliced

1 cup banana pudding (instant or homemade)

6 waffle cones

Fresh banana slices and whipped cream for topping (optional)

Instructions

Make the Graham Cracker Crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of each waffle cone to create a crust.

Prepare the Cheesecake Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth using an electric mixer. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy and well blended.

Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.

Layer the Ingredients: Spoon a layer of the cheesecake mixture into each prepared cone, followed by a few banana slices. Add a layer of banana pudding, then another layer of the cheesecake mixture on top. Repeat the layers until the cones are filled.

Chill: Place the filled cones in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set.

Serve: Just before serving, top each cone with additional banana slices, a dollop of whipped cream, and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs if desired.
