Ingredients

1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

1/3 cup granulated sugar

2 cups whipped cream or Cool Whip

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

2 ripe bananas, sliced

1 cup crushed pineapple, drained

1 cup strawberries, sliced

½ cup chocolate syrup

½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the crust: In a medium bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish to form a crust.

Make the cream layer: In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Gently fold in 1 cup of whipped cream until combined. Spread this cream layer over the graham cracker crust evenly.

Layer the fruits: Add the sliced bananas on top of the cream layer followed by the drained crushed pineapple and sliced strawberries.

Top with remaining whipped cream: Spread the remaining whipped cream over the fruit layer, smoothing it out with a spatula.

Finish with toppings: Drizzle chocolate syrup over the whipped cream layer, and sprinkle chopped walnuts if desired. Add maraschino cherries on top for a classic touch.

Chill: Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.

Serve: Cut into squares and serve chilled. Enjoy your delightful Banana Split Cake!
