Ingredients

1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced

8 oz egg noodles

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

1 cup broccoli florets

1 bell pepper (red or green), thinly sliced

1 cup snow peas

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 inch ginger, grated

2 green onions, chopped

3 tbsp vegetable oil

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (optional for thickening)

Instructions

Prepare the Noodles: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Add the sliced beef to the marinade and let sit for at least 15 minutes.

Stir-Fry the Vegetables: In a large wok or skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the broccoli, bell pepper, and snow peas. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are bright and tender-crisp. Remove the vegetables and set aside.

Cook the Beef: In the same pan, add the remaining tablespoon of oil. Add the marinated beef in a single layer and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. If using cornstarch, add it along with a splash of water to create a light sauce.

Combine Ingredients: Return the vegetables to the pan with the beef, stirring everything together. Add the cooked noodles and toss well to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve: Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
