12 oz rotini pasta

1 lb ground beef

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Brown the Beef: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon, approximately 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

      Add Garlic: Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

        Create the Sauce: Reduce heat to medium and pour in the heavy cream. Stir well to combine. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.

          Combine: Add the cooked rotini to the skillet and toss until well coated with the creamy sauce and beef mixture. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
