1 cup heavy cream

1 cup crumbled blue cheese

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives (for garnish)

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
