Ingredients

1 cup white chocolate chips

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

1/4 cup blue candy melts

1/4 cup crushed graham crackers

1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract

1/4 cup freeze-dried blueberries (for garnish)

Edible glitter (optional, for that festive touch)

Instructions

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth, stirring in between (about 1-2 minutes total).

Once melted, add the blue candy melts to the mixture and stir until fully incorporated and the mixture is a vibrant blue color.

Stir in the crushed graham crackers and peppermint extract, mixing until everything is evenly combined.

Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes, or until it’s firm enough to handle.

Once firm, use a small cookie scoop or your hands to roll the mixture into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter. Place the truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

OPTIONAL: Roll the truffles in edible glitter for an extra festive shine!

Freeze the truffles for 15-20 minutes to help them hold their shape.

Finally, garnish each truffle with a sprinkle of freeze-dried blueberries for a pop of color and flavor.

Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
