Ingredients

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

2 cups vanilla ice cream

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup milk (whole or almond milk for a dairy-free option)

1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Whipped cream (for topping)

Graham cracker crumbs (for garnish)

A few extra blueberries (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Blueberries: If using fresh blueberries, rinse them under cold water and pat dry. If using frozen blueberries, you can use them directly (they'll make the milkshake colder and thicker).

Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the blueberries, vanilla ice cream, cream cheese, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend on high speed until all the ingredients are smooth and creamy. You can adjust the sweetness or thickness by adding more sugar or milk as desired.

Taste and Adjust: Stop the blender and taste the mixture. If you want extra blueberry flavor, add a few more blueberries and blend until incorporated.

Chill Glasses: For an extra frosty treat, place your serving glasses in the freezer for about 10 minutes while you finish blending the shake.

Serve: Remove the glasses from the freezer. Pour the blueberry cheesecake milkshake into the chilled glasses, filling them about 3/4 full.

Top with Whipped Cream: Generously pipe whipped cream on top of each milkshake.

Garnish: Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the whipped cream and finish with a few whole blueberries for a beautiful presentation.

Enjoy: Serve immediately with straws and enjoy your refreshing blueberry cheesecake milkshake!
