Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)

Instructions
 

Prepare Ingredients: If using fresh blueberries, wash them thoroughly. Peel and slice the banana. If you prefer a cold smoothie, you can freeze the banana slices beforehand.

    Blend: In a high-powered blender, add the blueberries, banana slices, Greek yogurt, and almond milk. If using honey, chia seeds, or spinach, add them now.

      Mix: Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add more almond milk until you reach your desired texture.

        Ice (Optional): If you love a colder smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend again until smooth.

          Taste & Adjust: Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if needed. Blend again if necessary.

            Serve: Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately. For a fun presentation, garnish with a few whole blueberries or a slice of banana on the rim.
