Ingredients

10 oz fettuccine pasta

1 lb flank steak, sliced into strips

1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 medium onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 bell pepper (red or green), sliced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, boil salted water and cook the fettuccine according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Steak: Season the flank steak strips with Cajun seasoning evenly, ensuring each piece is coated well.

Sear the Steak: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak strips and sear for about 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally until browned. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the diced onion, minced garlic, and sliced bell pepper. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are soft and translucent.

Combine the Sauce: Pour in the heavy cream, chicken broth, and diced tomatoes into the skillet. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, and simmer for about 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Mix in the Steak and Pasta: Return the cooked steak to the skillet along with the fettuccine. Toss everything together gently to coat the pasta and steak evenly in the sauce.

Cheesy Finish: Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top of the pasta and cover the skillet for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.

Serve: Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy this festive pasta feast hot!
