Ingredients

1 lb kielbasa or Polish sausage, sliced into bite-sized pieces

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Toothpicks (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375F (190C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and smoked paprika until well combined.

Add the sliced kielbasa to the bowl and toss until the pieces are evenly coated in the sauce.

Spread the coated kielbasa pieces in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the kielbasa is caramelized and slightly crispy around the edges.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes. Then transfer the candied kielbasa bites to a serving platter.

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with toothpicks for easy snacking.
