Ingredients
  

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup

1 cup milk

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon mustard

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 (32 oz) package frozen tater tots

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks. Drain excess fat.

      Add Aromatics: Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

        Mix in Sauces: Stir in the condensed cheddar cheese soup, milk, ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well until everything is combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

          Layer the Cheese: Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in half of the shredded cheddar cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese into the meat mixture, allowing it to melt slightly while mixing.

            Assemble the Casserole: In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spread the beef mixture evenly. Top with frozen tater tots in a single layer.

              Add Remaining Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly over the top of the tater tots.

                Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.

                  Garnish and Serve: Once cooked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
