12 oz penne pasta

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup buffalo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/2 cup green onions, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Cook Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Prepare the Buffalo Sauce Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.

        Combine Pasta and Sauce: Add the cooked penne pasta to the buffalo chicken mixture and stir until every piece of pasta is coated with the sauce.

          Add Cheese: Fold in half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese into the pasta mixture, reserving the other half for topping.

            Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the pasta mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

              Top with Cheese & Breadcrumbs: Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top of the pasta bake. If desired, add breadcrumbs for an extra crunchy texture.
