Ingredients

2 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup salsa (mild or spicy, based on preference)

1/2 cup bell peppers, diced (any color)

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil (for grilling)

Optional: fresh cilantro or lettuce for garnish

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, shredded cheese, cream cheese, salsa, diced bell peppers, and green onions. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface. Spoon half of the cheesy chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top, creating a wrapped burrito.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the skillet and let cool for a minute. Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve warm, garnished with fresh cilantro or lettuce if desired.
