4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup spinach, chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 cup breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cups white chocolate chips

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup unsalted butter

1 cup diced apples (peeled and cored)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup caramel sauce

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare Filling: In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, mozzarella, chopped spinach, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.

      Butterfly Chicken Breasts: Carefully butterfly each chicken breast by slicing it horizontally, not all the way through, to create a pocket.

        Stuff Chicken: Generously fill each chicken breast pocket with the cheese filling, then secure with toothpicks or kitchen twine.

          Coat Chicken: In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Dip each stuffed chicken breast in olive oil, then roll in the breadcrumb mixture to coat evenly.

            Bake Chicken: Place the stuffed, coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown on the outside.

              Serve: Remove from the oven, let sit for a few minutes, then remove toothpicks. Slice in half and serve warm.
