Ingredients
  

12 oz rotini or penne pasta

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or cubed

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

½ cup Caesar dressing

½ cup croutons

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the rotini or penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.

    Prepare the Dressing: In a small bowl, mix the Caesar dressing with the olive oil, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. This adds extra flavor to the salad.

      Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and grated Parmesan cheese.

        Dress the Salad: Pour the prepared dressing over the pasta mixture and gently toss until everything is evenly coated.

          Add Croutons: Just before serving, add the croutons to maintain their crunchiness and gently mix them in.

            Garnish and Serve: Transfer the salad to a serving bowl or platter. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley if desired. Enjoy your Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad chilled or at room temperature!
