Ingredients
  

2 cups cooked shredded chicken

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 egg (for egg wash)

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

      On a clean surface, unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles as indicated on the package.

        Spoon a generous tablespoon of the chicken and cheese mixture onto the wider end of each triangle.

          Starting from the wide end, roll the dough towards the pointed end of the triangle, encasing the filling. Pinch the edges to seal them well.

            Place the rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving some space between each roll.

              In a small bowl, beat the egg and brush the egg wash over the tops of the crescent rolls to give them a golden finish.

                Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown.

                  Once done, remove from the oven, let them cool slightly, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

                    Serve warm and enjoy your savory cheesy chicken crescent rolls!
