1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup powdered sugar

1 large egg

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 teaspoon peppermint extract

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

½ cup crushed peppermint candies

1 cup white chocolate chips (for drizzling)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

    Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt until well combined. Set aside.

      Cream Together Butter and Sugars: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
