Ingredients

2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing

4 large eggs

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

1/2 cup dried cranberries or raisins (optional)

Extra icing for drizzling (from the cans or homemade)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Open the cans of cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into quarters. Place the pieces evenly in the prepared baking dish.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, brown sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg until well combined.

Pour the egg mixture evenly over the cinnamon roll pieces in the baking dish. Gently press down to ensure all pieces are soaked.

If desired, sprinkle the chopped pecans and dried cranberries over the top for added texture and flavor.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set. A toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean.

Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool for about 5 minutes. Drizzle the icing from the cinnamon roll cans over the top or add your favorite homemade icing recipe if desired.

Serve warm, and enjoy the festive flavors of Christmas morning!
