2 cups corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)

1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup milk

3 large eggs

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup crushed buttery crackers (such as Ritz)

2 tablespoons butter, melted

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Prepare the Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn kernels, Swiss cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, milk, and eggs. Stir until well mixed.

      Season: Add the garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt to the mixture. Mix until evenly incorporated.

        Prepare the Topping: In a small bowl, combine the crushed buttery crackers with the melted butter. Mix until the crackers are evenly coated.

          Combine and Transfer: Pour the corn mixture into a greased 9x9-inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Sprinkling the buttery cracker mixture over the top.

            Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the edges are bubbling.
