Ingredients

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

¼ cup granulated sugar

1 cup boiling water

1 package (3 oz) flavored Jello (your choice of colors, such as strawberry, lime, orange, and blue raspberry)

1 cup cold water

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

Colorful Easter candies (like jelly beans or chocolate eggs) for decoration

Instructions

Prepare the Crust:

    - In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until the mixture resembles wet sand.

      - Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Refrigerate while you prepare the filling.

        Make the Jello Layers:

          - In a bowl, dissolve each Jello flavor packet separately in 1 cup of boiling water according to the package instructions. Once dissolved, add 1 cup of cold water to each bowl and stir.

            - Let the Jello mixture cool for about 30 minutes at room temperature.

              Prepare the Cream Cheese Layer:

                - In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.

                  - Fold in the whipped topping gently until the mixture is light and fluffy.

                    Assemble the Pie:

                      - Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the bottom of the graham cracker crust.

                        - Carefully pour in the first layer of Jello. Use a spoon to help gently layer it if needed. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until set.

                          - Once the first layer is set, spread the remaining cream cheese mixture on top. Then, pour in the next layer of Jello of a different color. Repeat with additional layers, alternating between cream cheese and Jello. Make sure to refrigerate each layer until set.

                            Finish and Decorate:

                              - Once all layers are set, decorate the top of your pie with colorful Easter candies.

                                - Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

                                  Serve:

                                    - Slice and serve your colorful no-bake Jello pie as a refreshing and festive treat this Easter!
