- 1 tablespoon baking powder

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 cup milk (whole or buttermilk)

- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 1 large egg

For the Filling:

- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed

- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

- 1/2 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos)

- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

For the Frosting:

- 1 cup cream cheese, softened

- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 tablespoon milk (more if needed)

- Blue and black food coloring (to create the Cookie Monster color)

1. Prepare the Dough:

    - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.

      - In a separate bowl, mix the milk, melted butter, and egg until well combined. Pour this mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, sprinkle in a little more flour until it's manageable.

        2. Roll Out the Dough:

          - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle (about 12x8 inches). Aim for a thickness of about 1/4 inch.

            3. Add the Filling:

              - Spread the softened butter over the dough, followed by a layer of brown sugar and cinnamon mixture. Sprinkle crushed chocolate cookies, then top with mini chocolate chips.

                4. Roll & Cut:

                  - Starting from one long side, carefully roll the dough into a tight log. Cut the log into 8 equal slices and place them in a greased baking dish.
