Ingredients
  

4 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 cup granulated sugar

packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast

1 cup warm milk (110°F)

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 large eggs

1/2 tsp salt

Filling:

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup brown sugar, packed

2 tbsp ground cinnamon

crushed Oreo cookies

Icing:

1 cup powdered sugar

2 tbsp milk

vanilla extract

mini chocolate chips (optional)

. Let It Rise: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.

4. Prepare the Filling: In a small bowl, mix softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until combined. Spread this mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough. Sprinkle crushed Oreos on top.

. Roll and Cut: Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into 12 equal rolls. Place them in a greased baking dish, cover with a cloth, and let them rise again for about 30 minutes.

7. Prepare the Icing: In a bowl, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. If desired, stir in mini chocolate chips.
