Ingredients

1 pound chicken tenders

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon

1/4 cup green onions, sliced

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon onion powder

2 cups panko breadcrumbs

Olive oil spray or melted butter, for coating

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare Chicken Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the chicken tenders, ranch seasoning mix, cream cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder, cooked bacon, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well until all tenders are fully coated.

Prepare Breading: In another bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs. You might want to add a little seasoning to the breadcrumbs for extra flavor, such as a pinch of salt or some additional ranch seasoning.

Coat the Tenders: Take each chicken tender out of the creamy mixture, allowing excess to drip off, then dredge in the panko breadcrumbs until fully coated. Place the coated chicken tenders on a greased baking sheet.

Add Cheese & Bake: Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the chicken tenders. Once the oven is ready, bake the chicken tenders for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C).

Serve & Garnish: Remove from the oven, let them rest for a couple of minutes, then garnish with sliced green onions. Serve hot with a side of your favorite dipping sauce.
