Ingredients

1 lb chicken tenderloins

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup cooked and crumbled bacon

2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Oil for frying (vegetable or olive oil)

Instructions

Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine the ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken tenderloins, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably an hour to enhance the flavor.

Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture: In a separate bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with the cooked bacon and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until well combined.

Assemble the Tenders: Take each marinated chicken tenderloin and spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture on top. Roll the chicken up tightly with the cream cheese inside. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.

Cook the Chicken Tenders: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the rolled chicken tenderloins to the skillet. Cook them for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.

Add Cheese Topping: Once the chicken tenders are cooked, sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top and cover the skillet with a lid. Let it cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.

Finish and Serve: Remove the chicken tenders from the skillet. Discard any toothpicks if used. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm.
