Ingredients
  

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1/2 cup dried cranberries

1/2 cup pecans, chopped

1/2 cup celery, finely chopped

1/4 cup green onions, sliced

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, fresh spinach, dried cranberries, chopped pecans, celery, and green onions. Mix well to ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.

    In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, honey, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

      Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss until all ingredients are coated with the dressing.

        Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
