Ingredients

1 cup white chocolate chips

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped

1/2 cup pistachios, finely chopped (plus extra for rolling)

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Optional: Edible gold leaf for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Ganache: In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the heavy cream and white chocolate chips. Stir continuously until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth. This will take about 5 minutes.

Add Flavorings: Remove from heat and stir in the chopped dried cranberries, finely chopped pistachios, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Chill the Mixture: Let the ganache mixture cool to room temperature, then cover it with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours, or until it is firm enough to scoop.

Form the Truffles: Once the ganache is chilled, use a melon baller or small cookie scoop to portion out the mixture. Roll each portion into a ball using your palms.

Coat the Truffles: Roll each truffle in the remaining finely chopped pistachios until fully coated. For an elegant touch, you can also add a small piece of edible gold leaf on top of each truffle if desired.

Chill Again: Place the finished truffles on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for an additional 30 minutes to allow them to set properly.

Serve: Transfer the truffles to decorative liners or a beautiful serving plate. Enjoy them chilled or at room temperature!
