Ingredients

2 cups ice

1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice

3/4 cup orange liqueur (like Cointreau or Triple Sec)

1/2 cup silver tequila

1/4 cup agave syrup (adjust to taste)

Zest of 1 lime

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Coarse sea salt (for rimming the glasses)

Lime wedges (for garnish)

Pomegranate seeds (for garnish, optional)

Sugared cranberries (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Glasses: Begin by rimming your margarita glasses. Run a lime wedge around the rim of each glass, then dip the edges into a plate of coarse sea salt to coat them. Set aside.

Blend the Margarita: In a blender, combine the ice, lime juice, orange liqueur, tequila, agave syrup, lime zest, and cinnamon. Blend on high until smooth and slushy. If the mixture is too thick, add a small amount of water or more lime juice to achieve your desired consistency.

Taste and Adjust: Taste the blended margarita and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more agave syrup.

Serve: Pour the frozen margarita into the prepared glasses.

Garnish and Present: Top each drink with a few pomegranate seeds and a few sugared cranberries for a festive touch. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Enjoy!: Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Frozen Holiday Margarita with friends and family.
